Special offers were available to encourage people to “Have a Fairtrade Break” during Fairtrade Fortnight from Monday 27 February – Sunday 12 March 2017. For example you could enjoy a free Fairtrade biscuit or piece of cake at the Victoria Institute Drop-In in Victoria Institute in Caton when you bought a Fairtrade tea of coffee for 80p between 9.30am and 3pm on Monday to Friday both weeks. The University of Lancaster had various activities mainly taking place on Saturday 11th March.
